Shipping and Returns Policy

Return Policy Effective for Orders Placed After April 10, 2019

We are so sorry that your purchase did not work for you! Luckily, we have made returns easy and hassle free!! When returning your item(s), please include your invoice or invoice number, return form, and make sure that your return is in compliance with the policy below. Please ship your returns to the address listed below.

  • All return items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 30 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage.
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Jewelry and Intimates are all FINAL SALE.
  • Select sales and promotions may be classified as FINAL SALE. See individual promotions for details.
  • The BuddyLove staff will determine if the item is eligible for a return and/or refund. Clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
  • BuddyLove reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy and any time.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-10 days after the date of processing.

Exchanges

Due to large volume of orders we do not perform direct exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the unwanted item within the 30 day return period and repurchasing the new item. If you have any questions regarding our policy, feel free to email us at taylor@buddylove.com

BuddyLove stands behind our products and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! Shipping Policy

  • All BuddyLove online retail purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail from Dallas, Texas within 2 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your items should arrive to you within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping location.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 9 AM CST will not ship out until Monday or the following business day.
  • Please note: Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.
  • BuddyLove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
