Get to know the Babes behind our Brand and Production Teams! These boss babes are creative geniuses, marketing wizzes, production managers, and party starters. Our Brand and Production Teams know how to work hard and play harder!

Our Brand Team is made up of the girls behind all of our social media platforms, content creation, photoshoots, PR trips, influencer marketing, and SO much more! Any content you see online is planned and executed by the Brand Team. From trendy Instagram reels, vibey Miami photoshoots, email marketing, graphic tee design, and more, this team helps keep you up to date on the BuddyLove lifestyle!

We have our Production Team to thank for all of the latest and greatest BuddyLove styles making it to our warehouse, so you can add them to your wardrobe! From recieving and .approving fit samples, coordinating with our team in L.A. to ensure our clothes arrive correctly from our manufacturers in China, and keeping boss babe and designer @buddylovesgrayson on track and organized, our Production Team are total rockstars!

Rachel Ragland - @buddylovesrachel

A: 5.5 years
3. What is your position?
A: Sr. Brand Director
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: I get to combine my love for travel, fashion, food, and event planning and get PAID to do it!
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: I loved the Cookie Sets from 2022 Spring and Summer! But ask me again in the Fall lol. There’s some new goooood styles coming!
6. FUN FACT!
A: I've had to go to the ER on TWO BuddyLove work trips
I also have 0 cousins which I feel is very uncommon
7. Drink of choice?
A: SPICY margarita with a Tajin rim or a cold beer!

Taylor Easterling - @buddylovestaylor

A: Longview, Texas
2. How long have you been at BuddyLove?
A: 4.5 years
3. What is your position?
A: Brand Manager
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: The fun, exciting, and creative culture, and having a huge girl gang that is like a second family.
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: The Greta maxi dress from spring 2022 is hands down my new favorite style! She may or may not be coming back for fall. 👀
6. FUN FACT!
A: My entire life is fun and that's a fact.

A: Dirty martini or a glass of Cabernet!

Kenzie Joseph - @buddyloveskenzie

A: New Braunfels, Texas!
2. How long have you been at BuddyLove?
A: A year in September! It's crazy how fast a year can go by!
3. What is your position?
A: Social Media Content Specialist
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: I love being able to constantly learn and grow from amazing, empowering women around me. Every day is an adventure at BuddyLove and I can't wait to see where else we go!
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: My favorite style changes with the season, but I'm currently obsessed with our Betty Dress!

A: I am number 5 of 6 kids in my family!

Natalie Tijerina - @buddylovesnat

A: 6+ months

A: Photographer
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: The endless creativity and never knowing what each day at work will bring!
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: I am sucker for white eyelet dresses, so I love the Kelly puff sleeve mini dress. It is such a good versatile dress for summer.
6. FUN FACT!
A: If I’m not taking photos for BuddyLove, I am usually taking pictures of my adorable wiener dog named Harvey, who also has his own social media accounts that I manage.

A: I've lived in 4 states in the last 3 years; Massachusetts, Alabama, Georgia, and now Texas!

Natalie Gary - @buddylovesnatalie

A: Tulsa, Oklahoma
2. How long have you been at BuddyLove?
A: Since August of 2021!
3. What is your position?
A: Social Media Content Coordinator
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: I am constantly inspired by the dynamic team at BuddyLove! There is never a dull moment in the office, and I love how my position allows me to be a part of so many projects! Being in an environment that encourages you to do your best while celebrating big is rare, and I'm blessed to have that at BuddyLove!
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: I am OBSESSED with the Avery Blazer or anything leather! I wear my Francesca jackets ALL the time!
6. FUN FACT!
A: Being on reality TV is on my bucket list! I was being recruited by the Bachelor last Summer!

A: Alcoholic: RANCH WATER. Nonalcoholic: Iced dirty chai with soymilk or a crisp, cold Topo Chico!
