Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
  • All BuddyLove online retail purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Items should arrive to you within 1-3 business days depending on your shipping location.
  • Items are shipped from the BuddyLove Headquarters within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. 
  • Holidays may cause delays in shipping time.
RETURN POLICY
We hate that your purchase did not work for you! Luckily, our returns are EASY and HASSLE FREE!! When returning your item(s), please include your invoice or invoice number, return form, and make sure that your return is in compliance with the policy below.
  • All return items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 30 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-10 days after the date of processing. 
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (If Applicable).
  • Jewelry and Intimates are all FINAL SALE. SOME sales and promotions may be classified as FINAL SALE. See individual promotions for details.
  • Any damaged items must be reported within a 1-week period and prior to wearing the garment if wanting to return. Tags must still be attached, no exceptions.
  • The BuddyLove staff will determine if the item is eligible for a damaged return and/or refund.
  • Clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
  • BuddyLove reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy and any time.
