Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns for Refund

  • All return items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 14 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-10 days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We appreciate your patience!
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached.
  • Jewelry, Intimates, and Discounted Merchandise are all FINAL SALE. Discounted items also include flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
  • Any damaged items must be reported within a 1-week period and prior to wearing the garment if wanting to return. Tags must still be attached, no exceptions. The BuddyLove staff will determine if the item is eligible for a damaged returnand/or refund.
  • Clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.

  • All return items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 30 days from the date purchased in order to be eligible for store credit.
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached.
  • Jewelry, Intimates, and Discounted Merchandise are all FINAL SALE. Discounted items also include flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
