BuddyLove offers unlimited exchanges, and unlimited returns for store credit of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online when initiated 30 days from your order delivery date for all purchases unless noted as a final sale merchandise. 

Refunds to the original form of payment are offered on full priced orders of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online when initiated 10 days of order delivery date.

• Jewelry, Hats, Headbands, Hair Clips, and Hair Ties
• BuddyLove Swim
• Package Protection 
• Acrylic Trays, Coasters, Frames, Puzzles, Sunglasses, and Bags/Clutches 
• All beauty & wellness products such as tanning, tanning mitts, exfoliators, and soaps
• Any items purchased on the Sale tab
• Any items purchased at a discount of 30% and above
• Any items purchased with a Black Friday 50% off discount code 
• Gift Cards

• Email info@buddylove.com with your name, order # and listed items that you want to return including sizes. 

• Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions.

• Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.

• Refunds to the original form of payment will be honored if contacted within 10 days of order delivery 

• Refunds for store credit or exchanges will be honored if contacted within 30 days of order delivery

• Customer is responsible for return label cost and will be charged or deducted from refund amount

• Please allow up to 30 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be processed. Our small business team inspects every item before approving any request. Please note that weekends and company holidays are not considered business days.

• All refunds to the original method of payment will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.

• Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting info@buddylove.com within 3 days of delivery

• Discount codes cannot be stacked

• Any order placed before scheduled sale dates is not eligible for a price match

• BuddyLove reserves the right to make any promotional discounts not available for return for refund to the original form of payment. Promotional discount codes used on an order and applied to products will automatically mark that item ineligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

• Returns postmarked after 30 days from the order delivery date will only be automatically issued store credit and are subject to a $7.99 restocking fee

• The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for a refund if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.

• Starting November 28th 2024
• You have up to 10 days after Christmas Day, which is January 4, 2025, to initiate a return on an online purchase.
• Items purchased prior to November 28, 2024 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.
