Meet the Operations Team

Introducing our Operations Team! The Ops Team carries A LOT of responsibility and work their butts off everyday on managing both retail and wholesale goods. These Babes are constantly coordinating with our manufacturers, ensuring all of the BuddyLove styles make it from China to our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. The Operations Team handles endless logistics, company finances, website merchandising, wholesale and retail inventory, customer retail experiences, and the list could go on and on... and ON!

This team of boss babes are the backbone of the company, juggling all of the 'behind the scenes' responsibilities that many people don't even think of when it comes to running a successful business. Get to know these Babes below!

Paige Parker - @buddylovespaige

A: 10 years!
3. What is your position?
A: Executive Director of Operations
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: Constantly being surrounded by friends and family. (@buddyloveskaycee is my cousin!)

A: Grace, Grace, GRACE mini dress - my favorite dress for any occasion!

A: I don't have my ears pierced.

Kelly Wood - @buddyloveskelly

A: 5 years

A: Operations Manager
4. What do you love most about working at BuddyLove?
A: I love how much fun we have and getting to spend my work with with all of these girls. Everyday is different and you never know what you're going to get, so it isn't a same stuff, different day work environment!
5. What is your favorite BuddyLove style?
A: My closet doesn't lie, I love a good North tunic top!

A: My parents owned a roller skating rink for most of my life, up until they sold it last year and retired.

A: Almost 4 years!

A: Merchandise Manager

A: I work with my friends and it’s a fun environment

A: I accidentally signed up to rush fraternities instead of soroities in college...

A: A little over a year.

A: Operations Coordinator

A: I currently love the Cece maxi dress from spring 2022, and always the North tunic tops!
