RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BuddyLove we value you and want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. As a small business we are committed to providing the absolute best customer service possible. Because your business is so important to our efforts, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs!

Any order placed before scheduled sale dates is not eligible for a price match.

RE:DO
The $1.98 Free Returns for Store Credit + Exchange Protection allows you to receive unlimited free shipping on exchanges or returns for store credit and a $5.98 credit to your account for your next purchase or towards your exchange value.

If you purchased the $1.98 Free Returns for Store Credit + Exchange Protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to ship your package back to us within the return window. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid shipping label through our returns portal.

If you did not purchase this option at checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label cost. Purchasing Re:do with a FINAL SALE item does not make the item eligible for a return.

MERCHANDISE CONDITIONS
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, in smoke free condition, deodorant free, and pet hair free, with all tags attached.
SHOES: Must be returned in undamaged original shoe box.
SWIM: Must be returned with hygienic liner.
The Buddylove Team reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions.

EXCHANGES

INSTANT EXCHANGES:

  • All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.

  • Submitting an Instant Exchange allows you to get the exchanged item sooner and your exchange order may be placed before the original item(s) are returned.

  • A hold will be placed for the amount of the exchanged item. The hold will not charge when the original item is returned within 14 days of the request being made. A charge will be made after 14 days of the item not being returned and will be released after the original item is shipped back.

  • For FREE Unlimited Shipping please see the RE:DO paragraph above.

  • The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above qualifications are not met.

REGULAR EXCHANGES:

  • All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.

  • For FREE Returns for Exchanges please see the RE:DO paragraph above.

  • Exchanges will be credited an additional $5.98 to the original amount and applied to your account.

  • An exchange request does not guarantee or hold the item you are requesting until the item has been shipped and (if applicable) an invoice with the outstanding balance is paid. Item(s) can go out of stock within the time frame of your request and until the first parcel scan.

  • The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above qualifications are not met.

  • Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are not eligible for a refund. They may only be returned for store credit or exchange.

INITIATE AN EXCHANGE:

  • Visit the BuddyLove Returns Portal.

  • Locate your account with your email or shipping zip code & order #.

  • After locating the order you want to exchange, select the item(s) and follow the instructions provided.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions.

  • Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.

STORE CREDIT

  • All returns for Store Credit must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If a return for store credit is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible.

  • For FREE Returns for Store Credit please see the RE:DO paragraph above.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be fully processed. Store Credit Gift Cards will be credited an additional $5.98. Gift cards will be emailed to the email on file and never expires.

  • The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for store credit if the above qualifications or merchandize conditions are not met.

  • Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are not eligible for a refund. They may only be returned for store credit or exchange.

  • After locating the order you want to return, select the item(s) and follow the instructions provided.

  • Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.

REFUNDS

All returns for refund to the original form of payment must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 15 days of delivery to be eligible. If a return is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for a refund and processed as store credit only.

  • You will be charged a return shipping fee when submitting a request for refund. If Re:Do was purchased, this will not cover the shipping label if a request for a refund has been submitted.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be fully processed.

  • All refunds to the original method of payment will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.

  • The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for refund if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.
